From being a civil engineer with the Public Works Department to chairman & managing director of Mumbai-based Unity Infraprojects, that is the career graph of Kishore K Avarsekar. Begun in 1974 by Avarsekar with a corpus of Rs 20,000, Unity Infraprojects today has a turnover of over Rs 1130 crore. Karwar-born Shri. Avarsekar has always had completed civil engineering studies at the Sardar Patel College of Engineering in Andheri. He has over 35 years of experience and had worked with Hindustan Construction Company, Public Works Department - Govt. of Maharashtra and Municipal Corporation of Greater Mumbai. He is the first generation entrepreneur par excellence and the leading force in bringing Unity Infraprojects to its current position on prominance.

He's been at the pinnacle and has always strived to create a team of experts and  a business that would have roots in knowledge and highest degree of professionalism. He completed his civil engineering from Father Agnel Engineering College at Navi Mumbai and joined the family owned business in 1995.A second generation entrepreneur, ambitious by nature gradually developed significant competencies in the transportation engineering, irrigation and water segments of infrastructure. After his elevation as Vice Chairman and Managing Director of Unity, he personally spearheaded this effort and worked tirelessly for the success of the IPO, surmounting extremely volatile market conditions. Since going public in 2006 the company has been able to grow almost four fold today and has grown by more than 20 times since Abhijit joined the business. Abhijit is confident that Unity will play a far more significant role in nation building in the coming years.

She is a Economics graduate from Mumbai University and has worked with National Institute of Industrial Engineering (NITIE), an autonomous body of Ministry of HRD - Govt. of India as Accounts Officer for more than 35 Years.

A science graduate and a gold medalist from University of Mumbai, holds a degree of Engineering from University department of Chemical Technology, Mumbai.

A science graduate from Marathwada University, was entitled as an IAS officer in 1971. He worked with many esteemed organisations on key positions and retired as a Municipal Commissioner of MCGM.

He is holds a degree in commerce from University of Mumbai. He has also done MBA from Richmond College, United Kingdom. He is a Managing Director of Enterprise Infrastructure P.L., which is in business of promoting water transport, inland navigation and creation of supporting infrastructure. He is a co-chairman of Infrastructure Committee of Indian Merchants Chamber.

Madhav Nadkarni joined Unity Infraprojects Limited in 2005 as a Chief Financial Officer. He holds an ACA in Chartered Accountancy and B Com. in Finance from the University Mumbai. Through continuous and dedicated efforts, he acquired management skills that can only be achieved after long and rigorous years of experience, which is commendable. It was under the guidance of Madhav Nadkarni that the company transformed into a professionally driven company and brought about significant changes in the Unity Infraprojects Limited. Through persistent efforts, Madhav Nadkarni has been able to streamline the functioning of Finance/Accountancy and also ensure well coordinated and synchronized operations of all departments. Madhav Nadkarni has spoken at several domestic forums on economic and management topics over the years.

Prakash Chavan is a fellow member of Institute of Company Secretaries of India, New Delhi. He holds Master Degree in Commerce (M.Com) and Bachelor of Legislative Laws (LLB). He is a Diploma holder in Operation Research for Management (D.O.R.M.), Financial Management (D.F.M.), Government Diploma in Co-operation and Accountancy (G.D.C&A.) and certificate holder of National Productivity Council (N.C.S.) with 15 years of post - qualification experience.
